I was born in the South West of England. As a child I had awareness of the energy of the spirit world and had many extra-sensory experiences that ignited my spiritual pathway. I have always been empathic with animals which led to working with horses and dogs from the age of 6. Later in life, I developed my animal behavior work and mediumistic gifts and have followed my professional path as a medium for 16years.

So far, I have co-authored 3 books with my husband Mick Avery, “The Spirit Within,” “Spirit Walks with Gregory” & “Journeys of the Inner Songbird.” We have amassed a vast library of educational CD’s and digital downloads. Currently we are involved in films for DVD production, and many other books in the pipeline.

Our Radio Show: “Spirits Work” is our live phone-in online talk radio show on BBS Radio, Sundays at 6pm GMT/10amPST/1pm EST, discussing metaphysical, spiritual, or general life subjects, fielding questions from listeners. Coming up to our 300th show!! We have also hosted 200 shows for ArtistFirst Radio, Ohio, USA over a 4 year period.
