Sylvie was born in a small seaside town in the south west of England. She has a sister and brother and her sister is a spirit healer too. Sylvie has always been an animal lover and from a young age had horses and dogs. She is a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, and has also studied canine behavior at the Northern Center for Canine Behavior in the UK, with one of the world's most significant canine behaviorists, John Rogerson.

She had a musical upbringing and spent some time singing with bands which is how she came to meet Mick who was a drummer. When she met Mick in 1990 she was already involved in the spirit way of life and had become involved with spiritualist churches.

For social reasons she was happy being a part of this way of life because of the like-minded thinking. She enjoyed the training, the education and conformation of proof of what she felt to be right. Basically - that there is no such thing as death.

Sylvie had been grateful for having somewhere to develop her gifts of spirit in a direct way and under some of the best tutors in the UK (if not the world). But she was never happy with the fact that it was attached to and called 'a religion' with all of the similar trappings and bureaucracy that this brought with it. Not that she has a problem with anyone who wishes to be part of a religion, but that she had avoided being put in a 'box' and 'labeled' quite successfully up until then. She was brought up having to go to church every Sunday with her mother when she was young, and it had never felt right. She had always believed in 'God' or the 'Source of all Life,' but felt it was something personal and individual to everyone, and definitely not to be 'owned' by anyone.

Finally, she (and Mick) left the spiritual churches and Sylvie dedicated her life to developing her gifts at home, directly under the instruction of enlightened spirit guide, Gregory Haye. And what better teacher could you have?
In 1994 the spiritual progression really took off for both Sylvie and Mick. They eventually sold their cottage to fund their future in publishing their books, and now travel extensively all over the world promoting their work for spirit.

Sylvie has the rare quality of being a Physical medium which means that the spirit world are able to use her energy to produce tangible evidence of the continuity of life by constructing things that are able to be seen, heard, felt or smelt in our world. Though she won't be satisfied unless it is able to be demonstrated in red light or daylight, so that it can be experienced by many, instead of in total darkness, limited to a few. She is happier being behind the scenes, but has had to step up to the plate for her spirit work. At workshops she teaches mediumship development and energy work with Mick. She is also clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient, but does not use these gifts professionally as the rest of the spirit work takes precedence at this time. It is about impact. Getting the spirit groups thoughts and feelings out into our world in the hope of helping to alter the course of destruction our world is in, has to come first.

Sylvie hosts the Deep Trance seminars for Mick and Gregory, and also, supplies the energy for Mick to physically be able to perform his world class deep trance mediumship. She is also the co-host of their radio shows Spirits Work and Spirit Teaching and also at Second Life.
